What we process

Your user's data (email, display name, language and theme); what the publisher sends for each account you connect (account number, holder's name, broker, server, balances, trades, positions, orders and equity curve); the backtests you upload; your notes and the links you share.

Purpose and legal basis

Only to provide the service you ask for (basis: performance of the contract). There is no advertising, analytics, session recording or sale of data.

What becomes public

Nothing, except what you decide to share with a link. In "% only" mode no amount is shown; the holder's name is never shown. You can revoke a link at any time.

Providers

Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare (web hosting), who process the data on TrendPax's behalf.

How long

While you keep your user. When you delete it (Settings → Delete my user) your user, your accounts and all their data are erased.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export (CSV and PDF report), erase and object to the processing of your data by writing to [pending]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Age

The service is only for people aged 18 or over.
